Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Because our treats are made in small batches with no preservatives or additives, some orders may require additional preparation time to ensure the freshest product possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Europe, Asia, or other international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Happy Tails Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Customs and Duties (Canada Orders)

For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply upon delivery.
