Because our treats are made in small batches using human-grade, single-ingredient ingredients with no preservatives or additives, we stand behind the quality of every order.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make things right.

Eligible options may include:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

Food Safety Notice

Due to the nature of pet food products and for safety reasons, opened treats, chews, freeze-dried products, and dehydrated treats cannot be returned.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality issue, please reach out to us right away with your order number and photos if possible.

We will review each case individually and work with you on a fair solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

This helps us resolve your request quickly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help assist with tracking and resolution.
